Villa Felicita is a weekly rental accommodation that is located in the housing estate “Les Terres Marines” in Corse-du-Sud. It is located near the beach of Pinarello and 19 km from the town of Porto-Vecchio. It is intended for holidaymakers who are looking for an authentic holiday home with Sardinian architecture. This villa is original with its barrel and umbrella vaults, its ironwood frame from an old convent in Sardinia and its lime plaster. Villa Felicita can be rented all year round, whether for a weekend or during the school holidays. Whether you are with friends or family, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the villa and the privacy of the surroundings. In addition, this villa has been fitted out to offer them all the modern comforts. They will feel right at home. From the villa, holidaymakers have direct access to the sea on foot. The beach is only 400 metres away. They will have a pleasant view of the bay.

Villa description

Built on a 2,100 m² plot, the 200 m² Villa Felicita can accommodate up to 10 people. It has two levels:

• • On the first level are: the entrance, a living room, a dining room/mezzanine, a kitchen/cellar, a bedroom with a shower room and WC, and a separate guest toilet
  • On the second level, the villa has three bedrooms, one with a mezzanine, a shower room with WC and a bathroom with WC.

Outside, the villa has a heated swimming pool and a lovely garden laid out on several levels. It also has a patio with an exotic charm, as well as a large terrace that forms the beach of the infinity pool. These areas border the living room. From this terrace, guests have a magnificent view of the sea, the islets, Sardinia and the Maddalena archipelago. To the right of the swimming pool, guests will find a yurt that opens onto a large bedroom. This little corner will make the children happy.

The facilities available in the villa

Villa Felicita is fully equipped to ensure the comfort of the tenants. In the kitchen, you will find a hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, crockery and cutlery. In the living room, guests can relax and watch television. There is also an internet box. The bathrooms are equipped with toiletries and a hairdryer. The villa also has barbecue facilities. However, the villa is not air-conditioned. The fact that the villa is well-exposed means that it is very comfortable inside the house. This option is more environmentally friendly. This accommodation does not have a garage. However, the occupants will have two indoor and one outdoor parking space. Hygiene measures are fully respected on site. The staff strictly follows the sanitary guidelines. The villa is regularly cleaned with disinfectant, while linens and towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60°C. All surfaces that are touched, such as worktops, door handles, taps and switches are systematically disinfected.

Felicita villa rental rates

Villa Felicita is available for rent throughout the year with a minimum of two nights per stay. The rates applied depend on the season:

• • May 17 to May 31: €3206 per week for 10 people.
  • June: €3703 per week for 10 people
  .
  • July: 5901 € the week for 10 people
  • August: 6895 € the week for 10 people
  • September: 3703 € the week for 10 people
  • October: 2506 € the week for 10 people.

During school holiday periods, such as All Saints’ Day, Christmas, February and Easter, the rate is €529 per night, or €3703 per week. It should be noted that tourist taxes are not included. A supplement of €0.61 per night and per person is required. The tax is applicable to tourists over 18 years old. The cleaning fee is €340.

Important points to know

Occupants may be held responsible for damage to the holiday rental during their stay. A refundable security deposit will be required to cover any repair costs. This is payable in cash on arrival. If the villa is undamaged at the end of your stay, the deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of departure. The refund is made by bank transfer. The villa is suitable for children. The villa is suitable for children, however, disabled persons cannot access it due to the lack of facilities. Pets such as dogs are not allowed in the villa. Villa Felicita cannot host events and is a non-smoking area.
