This is a very large contemporary villa that is located on the heights of Ile Rousse, in a quiet area far from the hustle and bustle of city life. This position on the semaphore hill allows you to enjoy a panoramic view over the sea, the whole island, the coasts, the Agriates desert and the Corsican cape. From here you can easily access a shopping centre, the beaches of Bodri, the centre of Ile Rousse and the beach of Ostriconi. If you are staying in Balagne with your family or friends, this villa is for you. It can accommodate 6 people on the 1st floor. On the ground floor there is an extra flat for 4 people. The whole property can accommodate up to 10 people. Please note that pets and group events are not accepted in this accommodation. Our villa in Ile Rousse has a surface area of 137 m² with 3 bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with a 180×200 cm bed and a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. The house also has two bedrooms with beds of 160x200cm and a shower room with shower and WC. Linen is provided. The accommodation also has a large living room with TV, a dining area, a kitchen and a well-equipped laundry room. There are also three terraces where you can enjoy the sun or cool off. Indeed, the house has a covered terrace and another one in full sun. This villa is also equipped with a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a gym and a garage with two parking spaces. A mixed barbecue with grill and plancha is also at your disposal. The ground floor flat has two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed and the other with bunk beds. There is also a lounge/dining room with an open plan kitchen and a shower room. It is worth noting that this flat is not available for separate rental. It will be used as a back-up if needed to increase the capacity of the villa. The advantage of this villa is that it is entirely secure. Indeed, it is accessible by digicode. Moreover, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm with video surveillance. If you make a reservation for 6 people or less, the extra flat will not be available. You will only have access to the villa. The ground floor flat will be available to you from a booking for 7 people.

The large villa Felicita is located in Corse-du-Sud, more precisely 19 km from the town of Porto-Vecchio. It is built in the housing estate “Les Terres Marines”. It will please those who are looking for a holiday accommodation with an original architecture. Its barrel and umbrella vaults, its wooden frame coming from an old convent in Sardinia and its lime plaster, give it an authentic character. By renting this accommodation for your family holiday, you will benefit from a great deal of peace and quiet. Your privacy will be preserved. You will also enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, the Pinarello bay, the island of Pinarello, Sardinia and the Maddalena archipelago. With a living area of 200 m², this villa will offer you a great comfort of life. You will feel at home here. Its location will allow you to go for a walk by the sea, as often as you wish. Indeed, the beach is just 400 m from the villa. It is therefore accessible on foot. Our villa in Corse-du-Sud is designed to accommodate up to 10 people. On the first level, you will find the entrance, the living room with a television and an internet box, a dining room, a well equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a shower room and toilet, as well as a guest toilet. On the lower level you have 3 bedrooms. One of them even has a mezzanine. On the same level, there is also a master suite with living room, bathroom, shower, bathtub, double washbasin and separate toilet. All the other bedrooms have a shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. Next to the living room you have a patio with an exotic feel and a large terrace forming the deck of the infinity pool. You can enjoy a heated pool and a multi-level garden. To the right of the pool is a yurt with a large bedroom. It will certainly please your children. You have indoor and outdoor parking spaces. However, this villa does not have a garage. Pets are not allowed.
